This Hidden Screw Post Portfolio is covered and lined in Black bookcloth and is shipped with aluminum screw posts that allow for 1/8″ of pages. It also includes a set of 1/4″ screw post extensions and a template to use as a size and hole punching guide when creating your portfolio pages. If your stack of pages will be more than 3/8″ thick you can order more extenders or longer screw posts here. The actual page size that fits this portfolio is 11″ x 14 7/8″ with a visible/safe area of 11″ x 14″. The extra 7/8″ in the width accounts for the binding and turning area.
This horizontal or landscape format Screw Post Portfolio is the perfect solution for the photographer or designer who wants a clean contemporary presentation while maintaining the ability to easily change out images in their collections. While most portfolios available on the market have flimsy paper liners or endsheets, these are lined with the same high quality bookcloths that covers the portfolio. The cloth is carefully wrapped around a thin board so there are no unfinished edges that can pull up, bubble, wrinkle or fray. This a very sharp portfolio that is sure to impress.
If you are interested in purchasing white or black hinged pages that you can mount images onto, you will find them here. If you are printing directly onto a heavier stock page you may want to consider using the hinge strips to ensure that your pages turn easily and lie flat.
Spine Spacers are also available to compensate for the discrepancy in thickness that results from mounting materials on the pages. Depending on how thick your mounted photos or papers are you may need more than one spacer per page.
